Payments for used credits, generated images, edits, variations or downloaded images are generally non-refundable.

A refund or credit restoration may be provided in cases of:

• Duplicate payment;
• Incorrect payment amount;
• Payment completed but credits not received;
• Confirmed technical failure;
• Credit used without an image being generated;
• Other cases required under applicable law.

You may request a refund for a first-time credit purchase within 48 hours of payment, provided that:

• No paid credit has been used;
• No image generation has started;
• No paid edit or variation has started;
• No paid image has been downloaded.
• Promotional, trial or complimentary credits are not refundable.

If you are charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us with the payment details.

After verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

If money is deducted but credits are not added, the payment may be automatically reversed by your bank or payment provider.

If the amount is not reversed within the normal banking period, contact us with:

• Transaction ID;
• Payment date;
• Amount;
• Registered email address;
• Screenshot of the payment.

A generation may be considered failed where:

• No image was generated;
• The platform displayed a technical error;
• The generated file was corrupted;
• A credit was deducted but the request was not processed;
• The image could not be downloaded because of a platform error.
• In such cases, we may restore the used credit, generate the image again, provide replacement credits, or issue a refund where the issue cannot reasonably be resolved.
• Credit restoration will normally be the first solution.

AI-generated images may differ from your expectations.

Refunds will not normally be provided because:

• You do not like the pose, model or style;
• You selected the wrong model or background;
• Your uploaded image was unclear or low quality;
• Your instructions were incomplete;
• You changed your campaign or product requirements;
• The image requires another variation;
• A client or marketplace rejects the image for reasons outside our control.
• If the platform creates a clear technical error, such as changing the main product, logo, design or colour, contact our support team. We may restore credits or provide another generation after review.

You may cancel future subscription renewal through your account or by contacting support.

Cancellation:

• Stops the next renewal;
• Does not normally refund the current billing period;
• Does not convert unused credits into cash;
• Allows access until the current paid period ends.
• A renewal refund may be considered where you cancelled before renewal but were still charged because of a platform error, the payment was unauthorised, or you were charged more than once.

Short interruptions or scheduled maintenance do not automatically qualify for a refund.

If a major platform outage prevents you from using a paid service for a significant period, we may provide extra validity, replacement credits, service credits, a partial refund, or another reasonable solution.

Credit validity will be shown with the relevant plan or package.

Expired credits:

• Cannot be exchanged for cash;
• Cannot normally be refunded;
• Cannot be transferred to another account unless approved by us.
• Users should use credits before their expiry date.

Refunds or credit restoration may be refused where an account is suspended because of:

• Fraud;
• Payment abuse;
• Copyright or trademark violation;
• Unauthorised use of another person's image;
• Prohibited content;
• Account sharing;
• Credit manipulation;
• Violation of the Terms of Service.

We aim to review refund requests within 7-10 business days.

Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method.

After the refund is initiated, your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5-10 business days to reflect the amount.
