AI Photoshoot allows users to:

• Upload product images;
• Select an AI model, style or background;
• Generate AI product images;
• Request edits or variations;
• Download generated images.
• The platform may be used for apparel, jewellery, fashion, accessories and other products.
• We may add, change or remove features from time to time.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.

If you use the platform for a business, brand or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act on its behalf.

You are responsible for:

• Providing correct account information;
• Keeping your login details secure;
• All activity performed through your account;
• Informing us about unauthorised account access.
• You must not sell, transfer or misuse your account.

You continue to own the product images and other content that you upload.

By uploading content, you allow us and our service providers to process, store, modify and transmit it only as needed to provide the service.

You confirm that:

• You own the uploaded content or have permission to use it;
• The content does not violate another person's rights;
• You have permission from any identifiable person appearing in the image;
• The content does not involve a child;
• Your use of the content is lawful.

Subject to your plan and payment, you may use downloaded generated images for lawful personal or commercial purposes, including:

• E-commerce listings;
• Social-media posts;
• Advertisements;
• Websites;
• Catalogues;
• Marketing campaigns.
• However, AI-generated images may not always be unique or legally protected by copyright.
• You are responsible for checking the final image before using or publishing it.

AI-generated images may contain errors, including:

• Incorrect colours;
• Changed logos or text;
• Product-shape differences;
• Jewellery-placement errors;
• Fabric or texture changes;
• Unrealistic hands, faces or body parts;
• Background or lighting errors.
• You must check product colour, size and appearance, logo and branding, product features, advertising accuracy, and marketplace requirements.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by publishing an image without reviewing it.

You must not use the platform to:

• Violate copyright, trademark or design rights;
• Use another person's face without permission;
• Create misleading endorsements;
• Impersonate another person;
• Create fraudulent or illegal content;
• Create sexual, exploitative, hateful or violent content;
• Upload images of children;
• Misrepresent product features;
• Make false advertising claims;
• Introduce malware or harmful code;
• Reverse engineer or copy the platform;
• Avoid payment or credit limits;
• Resell platform access without permission.
• We may reject requests, remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Models shown on the platform may be AI-generated, synthetic or properly licensed.

The model does not personally endorse your product or brand.

You do not receive ownership of the model, model catalogue, platform templates or underlying technology.

The price, credits, limits and validity period will be shown before purchase.

Credits may be used when a generation, edit or variation begins.

A credit may be used even if you choose not to download the final image.

Where a generation fails because of a confirmed technical error, we may restore the credit or provide another reasonable solution.

Promotional and free credits have no cash value, may expire, cannot be transferred, and may be cancelled in cases of misuse.

You may cancel future subscription renewal through your account or by contacting support.

Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not normally refund the current billing period.

You may continue using the paid service until the end of the current subscription period, unless your account is suspended for misuse.

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Digital services and used credits are generally not refundable, except in cases such as duplicate payment, incorrect charge, confirmed technical failure, or other cases required by applicable law.

We try to keep the platform available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

The platform may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, cloud or AI-provider outages, internet failures, security issues, technical errors, or events outside our control.

The platform, software, branding, design, workflows, model catalogue, templates and technology belong to or are licensed to TSTK Ventures LLP.

You must not copy, sell, modify, reverse engineer or create a competing service using our platform or technology.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms;
• You misuse the platform;
• You fail to make payment;
• You create security or legal risks;
• You upload unlawful or infringing content;
• You attempt to abuse credits or payment systems.

The platform is provided on an as available basis.

We do not guarantee that every image will meet your expectations, every image will be completely accurate, every image will be unique, the service will always be uninterrupted, or generated images will be free from all third-party claims.

Nothing in these Terms removes any legal right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be responsible for indirect losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, campaign loss, marketplace rejection, or loss caused by inaccurate or unreviewed images.

Our total liability will generally not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service during the six months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer rights, disputes will be subject to the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
