Every plan is priced in packs. 1 Pack = 1 Master Image + up to 4 Angle Images + 1 AI Video.

What is a Pack?: One pack is one complete product photoshoot: 1 master image, up to 4 angle images, and 1 AI video. Plans are priced by how many packs they include.
How is a pack used up?: You generate the master image first, then up to four angle images from it, then the video. Generating the video completes the pack and the next one activates automatically.
What if I don't use all four angle images?: Unused angle slots expire when the pack completes. You are never charged extra for them, and you can always finish a pack with fewer angles.
Do I get anything for free?: Yes. Every new account receives one free pack automatically at registration — a full photoshoot to try, once per account.
Do packs expire?: Packs stay on your account. Buy a larger plan when you have a big catalogue run and work through it over time.
Can I get a refund?: Refunds are handled case by case — see the refund policy for what qualifies and how to request one.
